• Campers outside Portland's City Hall told to move (photos)
  Mayor Charlie Hales has warned that the city has designated the area a high-use pedestrian zone, which prohibits camping. Signs warning campers about the ordinance were strapped to poles in the area on Friday and the city plans to powerwash it next week.
