The countdown is underway to the end of the 2013 session for the State Senate and Assembly and Governor Andrew Cuomo continues to press for some major legislative action before lawmakers call it quits for the year. YNN's Bill Carey says the Governor has spent much of the past three weeks on the road, hoping to put pressure on legislators to act on his proposals.
