Humboldt Man Accused of Offering Teen Money for Sex JACKSON, Tenn. – A Humboldt man was arrested after he allegedly offered to pay a teen for sex. According to a news release, Paul Richard Johnson, 48, of Humboldt, is charged with solicitation of a minor and attempted aggravated statutory rape of a 17-year-old girl.
