In one of the most volatile provinces of Afghanistan, four young men, using their own money, set up a spartan TV station in May 2010. In order to help them give voice to the people of the province of Ghazni, in 2011 Internews started providing Ghaznawyan TV with equipment upgrades and skills training through its Afghanistan Media Development and Empowerment Project (AMDEP).
