Isis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ISIS) Surged To A New High On Study Results Isis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (ISIS) announced data from its Phase 2 study of ISIS-APOCIIIRx in patients with high triglycerides and type 2 diabetes on Sunday. The study showed that patients treated with ISIS-APOCIIIRx experienced an 88% reduction in apolipoprotein C-III, a 72% reduction in triglyceride levels, a 40% increase in high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
