Two weeks in, new P.A. prime minister quits The newly appointed Palestinian Authority prime minister, Rami Hamdallah, resigned after two weeks in his post. Hamdallah offered his resignation to P.A. President Mahmoud Abbas on Thursday, Reuters reported, citing a P.A. source. It was not known if Abbas accepted the resignation.
