  James Brauer, of Mountain Ranch, died Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, of natural causes. He was 41. He was born March 19, 1972, in Downey. In 1977, he moved to Calaveras County with his family. He attended San Andreas Elementary and Toyon Middle School and he graduated from Calaveras High School.
