Pembroke resident Greg Cordeiro, 25, and Dan Heselton, 28, of Rockport launched New England Outerwear Co. six months ago. The online shop’s products highlight the region’s once bustling shoemaking industry, including such items as braided moccasins, oxfords, boat shoes and boots.
