Valley Tech science programs get two modern laboratories UPTON - The 1,200 students at Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School will have two new, state-of-the-art science laboratories, funded without borrowing, by the time school opens in August. According to school and state officials, the nearly $1 million project is the first in the state for which a regional district didn't issue bonds or ask member towns for more money.
