• Prairie rattlesnake
  This prairie rattlesnake was photographed just west of Casper last week. According to the Wyoming Game and Fish, the prairie rattlesnake is a large, venomous species that’s found in much of Wyoming. The species can grow to nearly 50 inches in length.
