• New phone system may save ISU $600K per year
  An overhaul of Iowa State University’s telephone system will cost around $1.5 million but will save the university approximately $600,000 a year in the long run, officials said. ISU President Steven Leath boasted of the anticipated savings earlier this month during a meeting of the Iowa Board of Regents. The changes were further detailed on an ISU website for faculty and staff.
