New carrot processing plant at Pasco PASCO, Wash. (AP) — A new packing plant is under construction at Pasco to process carrots. KEPR reports (http://bit.ly/14am4Ip ) the first phase of the construction should be complete in October and it could employ 60 workers by the end of the year.
