Post Falls art students honored for milk carton creation Post Falls High students created a replica of the Empire State Building with King Kong to be among three winning high schools in the national Made By Milk Carton Construction Contest. The team used more than 1,800 milk cartons in the creation and won $1,500 for the school's art department.
