Company recalls sausage products sold in Arizona SAN JOSE, Calif. -- A Northern California company is recalling 740 pounds of its sausage products because they may be contaminated with dangerous toxins. An FSIS inspector discovered during a safety assessment that the water level in the product may have been high enough to allow for the production of Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin.
