3 City Employees, Including Cop, Busted For Drunk Driving On 4th Three off-duty city employees were arrested yesterday for drunk driving-related charges. NYPD officer Elias Blunt, 30, was arrested for drunk driving after cops stopped him in Brooklyn around 6 p.m., and he refused to take a breath test.
