Indian Shares Seen Lower On Rupee Woes Indian shares are seen opening lower on Tuesday on worries a depreciating rupee will make imports expensive and upset the easing inflation trajectory, reducing the elbow room for the Reserve Bank of India to cut interest rates. The Indian rupee closed down about 2 percent at a record low of Rs. 58.14 against the dollar yesterday, posting its biggest intraday decline since September 2011.
