Green Bay Council Stalls Hotel Sale The City of Green Bay will not sell the Clarion Hotel Downtown, at least not yet. The city council voted Monday "7 to 5," to put the 2.7 million-dollar-deal on hold for one month. Several council members thought the city should give other companies a proper chance at placing a bid.
