I forgot to highlight this piece of satire from John Kass last Friday running down his list of this season's best selling stocking stuffer toys.
Priced at $90, the toy is more expensive than the average stocking stuffer.
Nonetheless, Treasury officials are convinced that the savings bond is on its way back to being a blue-chip investment and a superb stocking stuffer.
