    An Eastern cottontail rabbit and a pied-billed grebe were among the 42 animals admitted to the von Arx Wildlife Hospital at Conservancy of Southwest Florida this past week. Other admissions included a red-eyed vireo (a small, stocky songbird,) an ovenbird (a large wood warbler,) two Florida red-bellied turtles and a Florida soft-shell turtle.
