- Flash flood watch near Jaroso burn scar
The National Weather Service issued a flash flood watch on Sunday for communities downstream of the Jaroso fire burn scar. The watch goes into effect at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday evening, and the area includes the eastern slopes of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, the far northeastern highlands and northern Sangre de Cristo mountains above 9,500 feet.
