    The Village Council might change two traffic islands on downtown streets to keep drivers from going the wrong way. Assistant Village Manager Jeff Batton told council members at a work session Tuesday that cars turn off of Cherokee Road into outgoing lanes on Dogwood and Chinquapin roads.
