track home or tract home

Tract home is a system of home building used in USA and Canada, in which similar houses are built on a subdivided plot of land.

"We live in a tract housing arrangement in my estate."

Track home meanwhile is a common misuse of the word tract home and it is pretty incorrect even though it comes up a lot.
