  Things are improving for Hygeia Therapeutics. In October 2011, I interviewed Yael Schwartz, chief executive officer of Hygeia Therapeutics Inc., a biotech startup based in Holden that's trying to develop a special form of an anti-androgen that can treat acne, excess facial hair and hair loss, and an estrogen that can treat urogenital and skin problems that face menopausal women.
