Reuben Bonaparte The classic deli sandwich has met its Waterloo at Terra, where it’s been reimagined as a short-but-stately stack of rye flour crêpes, layered with smoked pastrami and sauerkraut, topped with a split cornichon, pickled red onion, and more sauerkraut, then surrounded by a moat of Russian dressing and little outposts of pickled mustard seed — all of which, including the pastrami, were made in-house.
