• Central to Pecan Avenue to be closed Monday
  Drivers in Plaza Midwood could run into another problem in the morning. At 7 a.m. on Monday, crews will shut down Central Avenue from Pecan Avenue to Hawthorne so they can make repairs to the railroad crossing. Department of Transportation crews will have detour signs posted, but they warn there could be traffic delays.
