Hikers Rescued Near Mirabeau Park Firefighters with Spokane Valley were called out to a technical rescue Tuesday evening near north Pines Road & Mirabeau Parkway. Firefighters tell KHQ that a man and a woman in their 20's were hiking in the area when the woman fell about 20 down a bank.
