  Chief U.S. District Court Judge James Dever III has granted a request filed by John Keating Wiles, attorney for former Dare County Bombing Range manager Harry Mann, to modify the conditions of Mann's release, return his passport and allow him to accompany his family on a cruise from Norfolk, VA, to Nassau and Freeport, Bahamas, and back to Norfolk during the dates of May 26-31.
