  • Fire damages tugboat in Norfolk shipyard
    NORFOLK A tugboat in dry dock was damaged this morning by a fire that was sparked when workers cut a hole in the deck of the galley. Firefighters were called to the scene about 1 a.m. at Colonna’s Shipyard at 400 E. Indian River Road, said Capt. Mike Hicks, Norfolk Fire-Rescue spokesman.
