Neighbors rescue dog from Virginia Beach fire VIRGINIA BEACH Neighbors rescued a dog from a fire at a home near Town Center this afternoon. The kitchen fire started about 2 p.m., in the 100 block of Castilian Drive, Fire-Rescue spokesman Tracy Freeman said. The small blaze was under control in about 5 minutes.
