    GEORGETOWN — Write-in candidate Catherine Collins defeated incumbent Kristen Coombs for the positions of town clerk and tax collector in municipal elections Tuesday. Both are one-year positions, effective June 30. Collins defeated Coombs for town clerk, 207 to 151. In the tax collector balloting, Collins was victorious 226 to 160.
