Third Burglary At Wolfe's Downtown TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW)-For the third time in 7 months, Wolfe's downtown Topeka photography shop was burglarized and property worth up to $20,000 stolen. Wolfe's was burglarized last November and about $30,000 in equipment stolen and in February, another break-in and $26,000 in goods stolen.
