  Absolutely nothing could dampen the spirits at the 3rd Annual Dogs and Divas luncheon to benefit the American Cancer Society on the grounds of the lovely Saratoga National Golf Club. Everyone left the rainy gloom outside as they stepped into the tent, which was bedecked with bright green and black and white polka dots to match the “Diva Extraordinaire” Michele Riggi, the hostess of the luncheon.
