Center.” As they clicked, clicked, clicked, Belle DeCosta called out instructions to the nearly two dozen seniors in the Tap N’ Time class at the Swansea Council on Aging. “Front, back, step. Front, back, step.” Each senior wore a pair of black slippers with taps on the bottoms. Seated safely, they learned a few tap dance moves to songs like the “Copacabana” and “That’s Amore.”
