Aurobindo's vision of a "supramental" human consciousness has often been compared to Teilhard de Chardin's hopes for an ever-increasing spiritualization of man and his world.
But this weird spiritualization of cash ("Money is the root of all good") is perhaps only an outward and visible sign.
And Christianity, Teilhard believes, teaches that these things indeed do not die, but play their part in the continuing work of God with manthe spiritualization of the universe.
