State Police at Monroe June 24 Four females from Newburgh were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Tina A. Arnold, 27, Ophelia Atkins, 22, Alyse M. Maise, 24, and a 19-year-old female were charged and sent to Orange County Jail.
