    On Saturday, July 6 and Monday, July 7 South Windsor resident Kelsey Junious competed in the 2013 USAT National Championships in Chicago. This was the largest Taekwondo tournament in US history consisting of 4,193 athletes. USA Taekwondo (USAT) is the National Governing Body (NGB) of Taekwondo for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).
