Marine museum recognizes women who served The National Museum of the Marine Corps in Triangle, Va., is recognizing the service of female Marines. Friday's dedication of a Molly Marine statue marks the culmination of fundraising efforts by the Young Marines organization and the Women Marines Association. The statue is a replica of a statue placed in New Orleans in 1943. It shows a uniformed woman facing proudly into the wind.
