Man who died after being stunned at gym is ID'd SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — A man who died after he was subdued at a Spokane health club by deputies with a stun gun has been identified. The Spokane County medical examiner identified the man Monday as 34-year-old William Berger. The medical examiner's office said additional investigation is needed to determine the cause and manner of death.
