    Lauri Bitting’s third-grade classroom at Bureau Valley South was once again filled with the cheeping of quail. Bitting teaches an embryology unit to her class by using incubated chicken, turkey and duck eggs but this year she used an assortment of Bobwhite and Coturnix quail eggs.
