    Friday June 14, 2013 CLARKSBURG -- Under recent cuts from the state, the town is scheduled to see a 25 percent decrease in Chapter 90 road assistance funds for fiscal year 2014. "All I can do is shake my head," Chairman of the Selectmen Carl McKinney said at a meeting of the board this week.
