    The first phase of development on the Anasazi Building, in downtown Albuquerque, is nearly finished, according to the New Mexico Business Weekly. The $1 million exterior renovation should be finished in mid-August. In the meantime, crews have already begun phase two, which focuses on the building’s interior.
