  MICHIGAN CITY — The Michigan City Area Schools Adult Education Graduation Ceremony was held at the Elston Middle School Auditorium Wednesday evening. According to MCAS, 223 GED certificates were awarded to the class of 2013 with 70 graduates participating in the ceremony.
